One of the pieces from my Foundation Art Diploma final. (Yeah, I got a distinction, heh. Woooop! )
This is Loki. No, not related to the Marvel Loki. He's from my series Conquering Tide, and is sculpted purely out of glue-gun glue. He has a minimal metal armature, and the glue was literally dripped on the frame from the gun.
Layer, after layer, after layer, after layer + a knowledge of horse anatomy = A glue horse!
Yes, I have stylized his anatomy compared to a real Akhal-Teke conformation, but yah know, Glue is an extremely difficult medium to sculpt with! I have MANY burns and scars. So, no, he's not 100% anatomically accurate, he's a piece of art! About 18 hours worth of work on this guy. Phew!
