So there's no need for anymore conflict. Which is good. I could do with less stress right now

On a note of artwork use, (for anyone that is curious of the right way to use other people's art)
Tracing can be very helpful to help you learn how to draw things a certain way, especially with regard to proportions. I myself have studied other artists (such as Patrick Brown) to learn how they draw, but I'd NEVER EVER post tracings or studies online... mainly because they are purely studies. Tracing something shows you can't draw that thing in particular yourself, so you have essentially copied it.... Also, as they are pretty much replicas of the original, what would you prove by posting them? Other than you can trace a few lines.
I really don't mind people tracing my art to LEARN, for example how I create proportions. But you must never post it online claiming you just drew it, or if you do, it is absolutely essential that you make it AS CLEAR as possible that it is a trace, give a link to the original artist, and ASK permission to post it.

Same goes for wallpapers. If you want to use any of my art as wallpapers for the home screen of your desktop/laptop, then feel free! I have no issues with that at all, I welcome it!
It's just the use of my artwork/photography on your website/facebook/youtube etc that I have issues with...only because I've worked my whole life to achieve this standard, and create my artwork. So if you were to use my pictures to spruce up your pages, well think...its really not very fair on me, is it? The people that do it hardly ever give me credit, so anyone looking up their page will assume the person that posted it, originally made it... which of course is misleading. Essentially, in that situation you'd be using my art to make the page/your account etc attractive to the viewers, and I'd get nothing in return (if no credit was given)...

To give a literal visual on this situation, it would be like having a room that you own, but you decide to decorate it with stolen furniture. The furniture would make the room look much more visually appealing, but at the end of the day...
Did you make that furniture?
No...
Okay, so did you pay for that furniture?
No?
Right, well in that case, you MUST have had permission from the original owner/maker to use it?
... No!?
So you're using and benefiting from furniture that you didn't make, and didn't pay for, and that you lack permission to use.
So you'd get the goods, but the person that put the time, effort and money into making it....gets nothing? Not even a mention?
That's hardly fair in my books... and that's the sad reality of it.

If those using it asked me first, and made sure there was a link to my deviant art/youtube account, and they stated clearly that it was made by me...Then I wouldn't have an issue at all! but the thing is, people would never go to that length (for the majority of the time) as apparently it takes a bit of effort to type a bit of credit. it's just far too easy to just save the image and use/post it. That's the reality.
When you think of the price of the equipment I use, Photoshop, Tablet, laptop, pens, paper, models, paints, fuel to drive to locations for photography, cameras, memory cards...years spent developing my style of drawing...the list goes on...
And it's all free for you to save on your computer and keep forever!
...And it's all totally worth it, as long as the result isn't abused. Surely a bit of credit and a link isn't much to ask for?

I really don't mean to make a fuss, but my art is my life! I work so hard to give the world the best I can.

There are of course the countless wonderful people that realize and consider the amount of time, money and work gone into pieces of art. The majority of deviant artists will completely understand, especially those that make a living from their art.
But there are those few that may be confused, or don't understand... So I hope this has been helpful.
